Report an issue

  • Include the clinic name, user email, a clear description of the issue, the page or action affected, and the urgency level.
  • Screenshots can help, but avoid including sensitive medical data unless it is necessary, authorized, and safely redacted where possible.

Urgency levels

  • High urgency: login outage, clinic access outage, security concern, or billing access issue.
  • Normal urgency: content corrections, staff access questions, workflow questions, or non-blocking display issues.

Sensitive information

  • Do not send passwords, one-time codes, full patient records, private medical documents, or payment credentials through public support channels.
  • If medical data is needed to investigate an issue, send only the minimum necessary information and confirm authorization from the clinic owner.
