The platform may process clinic profile data, owner and staff accounts, patient records, appointments, visits, invoices, payment records, subscription records, uploaded receipts, and uploaded documents.
Technical data such as login events, audit logs, device or browser information, IP address, and operational logs may be processed for security and reliability.

Clinic-controlled medical data

Medical and patient data entered by a clinic is controlled by that clinic, subject to the final service agreement and applicable law.
Clinics are responsible for ensuring they have the required patient permissions and internal policies before entering or uploading medical data.

Use of data

Data is used to operate clinic workflows, booking, queue management, billing review, support, security, audit trails, and subscription administration.
Support or platform administrators may access limited account or operational data where necessary to investigate issues, maintain security, or support clinics.

Security and backups

Nasaq Care uses access controls, role permissions, audit logs, protected file routes, and operational safeguards appropriate for a SaaS clinic system.
Backups may be created for recovery and continuity, subject to retention settings and the final data retention policy.

Retention and rights

Data retention, deletion, export, correction, and access rights must be finalized in the lawyer-reviewed policy and service agreement.
Clinic owners should contact support for account, export, correction, or deletion requests while final legal processes are prepared.
