Service scope

Nasaq Care is a SaaS platform for clinic operations such as appointments, queues, patients, invoices, receipts, subscriptions, and staff workflows.
The platform provides software tools only. Each clinic remains responsible for its own operations, staff access, and records entered into the system.

Clinic responsibilities

Clinics are responsible for creating and managing user accounts, roles, permissions, and access removal when staff leave.
Clinics are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authorization of medical, patient, billing, and document data they enter or upload.

Acceptable use

Users must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the platform, upload harmful files, or use the service for unlawful activity.
Users must keep login credentials secure and report suspected account compromise promptly.

Subscriptions and manual payment

Early subscriptions and renewals may be reviewed manually by Nasaq Care until online payment gateway activation is introduced separately.
Access may depend on plan limits, subscription status, and receipt approval where manual payment review is used.

Suspension and availability

Nasaq Care may suspend or restrict access for abuse, security risk, non-payment, or violation of these placeholder terms.
The service may be unavailable during maintenance, network incidents, hosting issues, or events outside reasonable control.

Liability, updates, and support

Any limitation of liability, warranties, and indemnity wording must be finalized by legal counsel before commercial launch.
These terms may be updated, and continued use after updates may be treated as acceptance subject to the final lawyer-reviewed version.
